With extensive experience working with secondary school-aged children in school, charity and private settings, I’m passionate about supporting young people through the challenges they face. I hold a specialised diploma in counselling children and young people, underpinned by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's Competency Framework for the age group. I have an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured to work with under-18s.

This is a space where you can speak openly about anything that’s on your mind. Whether you’re dealing with something that feels big or small, I’m here to listen and support you in a way that feels right for you.
Everything we talk about will be kept confidential, so you can feel safe knowing that this is your space to express yourself, without fear of judgment.
My goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported, and together we can figure out the best way forward.
It can feel like a vulnerable place to be when your child begins counselling, and it might have been a challenging journey to reach this point. I respect the trust that you are placing in me to support your child's wellbeing and I want to ensure you have all the information you need to feel confident in your decision.
If you are considering me, I invite you and your young person to join me online for an introductory conversation. I will explain how the process works and answer any questions you may have. This helps to ensure both you and your youngster feel at ease, and enables you to decide whether we might be the right fit to work together.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an introductory call. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of starting counselling and whether I can help you.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.
