About Me

In addition to my private practice, I am proud to work as a counsellor for a national mental health charity, where I provide support to young people aged 11 and older, as well as adults. I am also employed at a school in Oxford, where I engage therapeutically with teenagers who have faced exclusion from education, fostering their personal growth in community settings. I also have experience as a school counsellor, gained at a large secondary school and sixth form in South Oxfordshire.

I hold a diploma in therapeutic counselling, which has given me the skills to utilise a range of counselling approaches tailored to the unique needs of each individual client. I am currently working towards a specialised diploma in counselling children and young people. I undertake regular professional development to ensure that my skills and knowledge continue to meet the needs of my clients.
